Blech. This forces us into a somewhat unsophisticated use of a database, doesn't it? I have the same problem - I sent in a request, but who knows!

I think this works with ACT! 2009
Yes, you're correct. ACT! 2009 will associate multiple email addresses to one contact and record history to the proper contact.
