I have multiple databases on my system. I would like to create mailing labels for some of the databases, then have it sort ALL of them by ZIP code. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Create an empty database - name it "mailing labels" or something similar.
Open your first database and tag each contact you want to include in your mailing.. Create a lookup for those records, then export them to the new "mailing labels" database. This process does not remove them from the original database. It just copies them into the new one.
Do the same with each of your databases so that when you are finished, all of the contacts you want for your mailing labels are in the "mailing labels" database.
Now go to the "mailing labels" database, do a lookup of all records, and sort them by zip code (edit, sort, zip code).
You can delete records from this database because they are duplicated in your original.
If there is a shorter way to do it, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
