I am using Act 2012 as well as Microsoft Office 2013. I have always exported contacts from Outlook to a csv file in Excel to import into ACt. I had some issues with Act making duplicates of contacts as they were imported so I tried importing into a new, empty database. The last time I did this I ended up with four copies of each contact. I went back and checked the csv file in Excel and each contact was only in it one time. Does anyone else have any experience with this? Unfortunately the Act duplicate tool only works on one contact at a time and I have close to 2000 contacts in my database.
