Multi-user access to ACT! database

Here's what I'd like to do.  I would like two users, both using their own personal computers, to be able to access the same database for updates.  We both use dropbox, so I am hoping there is a way to have the data files reside in dropbox, and point are separate ACT! software to access those files.  I am new to ACT!, so I have no idea if this is possible.  Alternately, I see there is a way to create a remote copy of the database, have the other user update it, then sync it with the master.  If that is the only way, could someone get me started?

Re: Multi-user access to ACT! database

NO NO!! Don't use Drop Box for an ACT database, it will mess everything up. You should set up sync.
