I'm trying to move a database created with Act! v17 Premium from one computer to another that has Act! v22 Pro. I keep getting the following message:
"The database was created using Act! and can only be opened with a version of Act! To use this database with Act! Pro, open the database in Act!, then from File menu, select Save Copy As. Under Database Version, select the Pro version and click OK. You can then open the database in Act! Pro."
I have followed these instructions, but I keep getting the same message and the database does not open.
