Do you have the install disk, or download file? Just install on the new computer and use the same license key. ACT is licensed per user, not per computer. If you need to keep the same database, from the old computer you'll need to backup from that computer, and then restore on the new computer. It's just a zip file from the backup that needs to be copied, so it's very simple.

Just so you know, ACT! serial numbers have a limited number of times they can be activated. Please post back if you receive an error when trying to register the new installation with your existing serial number.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
