Move Multiple Companies to become Division of a Company in one go?

I have about 120 companies that I have to move to be divisions of one Company.

If I select multiple companies in the look up, 'move' is greyed out.

Any way I can do this without having to go through one at a time? I've tried various options to no avail and I'm concerned my hand might fall off with all this clicking. This is the first part of about 7 similar actions... help!

I'm using Act! Premium Version 17.0.151.0

Can you confirm if you are trying to move these Companies to a new group or if you have multiple contacts part of the same company that you are trying to add to 1 Company group?

Hi Brittany,

The aim is to set several branches as divisions of one main Head Office Company. At the moment, they're all seperate companies but I need them to be divisions.
