Can anyone tell me if there is a report to monitor a sales persons activity when using Act? I
am trying to get an overview of what they are doing with the program...
Any help would be greatly appericated...

Well, the Activities report lets you filter both the included contacts records and their associated activites by the "record manager" for each one.
The record manager is typically the person who created the activity, so this would most often be the sales rep(s) you are looking to track.
Depending upon how you use your system, if you assign contacts to sales people via the record manager field on the contact record, then you could set the contact filter to show just the contacts that he/she "owns".
If you do not assign contact ownership in this fashion, then run it on all contacts or do a lookup for what you want first and then in the report filter select "Current Lookup".
As long as no one has recently purched cleared activities, this report can show both "historical" and future activities per user...
