My wife and I are using Act 2009 with the link between Act and our Win Mobile 6 devices. We both have identical phones. We both share the same calendar although we have a two user licence for Act. The problem is that whilst the sync works correctly we are ending up with loads of duplicate records that are being created both in contacts and calendar. All we really want is the same calendar to appear on both mobile devices and our PC.
Sage support in the UK has been fairly useless and every suggestion they have made has failed to work.
Can anyone help?
