Missing "Appointment" when setting up Activity in Calendar view...

When in Calendar view I right click on the desired time to schedule and appointment but the choices in the drop down menu are limited to, Meeting, To Do & Call, and do not include "Appointment".

 

Is there a way to add "Appointment" to the drop down menu?

Assuming you are running ACT! 2011: the 'Appointment' activity type was added to the ACT! program to match the type being fed by Outlook. 

 

There isn't a way to add it to the drop-down (after right click > select Schedule), but once you start scheduling an activity (ex: select Call) > the Activity Type can then be changed to Appointment.
