Missing history items in parent database

Hi,

We are running ACT 2008 SP2 on both machines and have about 4500 contacts.  We are experiencing a synchronization problem between one of the remote databases and the parent database.  Some of the histories entered by the employee into her remote database a couple months ago have not synched to the parent database.  Any ideas as to what would cause only a few histories to not cross over?  I've already checked out the usual, they are not marked private, the show all options have all been checked, all users as well.  We can't be sure how many histories are missing since we don't have the time to check 4500 contacts for this.

Thanks!

There was a DBFixer released for version 10 and also have you updated to 10.03. Once you have done the update you may have to import the remote into the master and recut the remotes is the usual procedure when this occurs.
