The Act 6.0 database on 1 computer in our office is opening fine, but as soon as you search (by any criteria), the notes disappear. Has anyone experienced this? And does anyone have a fix for it?
We are on ACT 2006 8.0, Windows XP 2002

I have checked the filters and everything is public.
If I move a record from one database to another, we do occasionally lose notes.
But in the database we use on a daily basis, it seems to happen more frequently with one user when notes are created/entered. He recalls entering them. And then it could be days/weeks later, but he'll revisit a record and no current Notes are present. There seems to be no rhyme or reason.
