Please help! Last night I had a problem connecting with the internet. After the problem was resolved all of my emails were missingn from ACT!?!?! Even the folders I had set up were gone. It was like I had never used my email. Godaddy was able to restore some of old emails, but a majority of them are still gone. I was also not able to open the emails that came through yesterday, and Godaddy tells me that they can't restore those because I downloaded them before they backed up their servers!?!?! I'm so frustrated because I don't understand how my emails could just disappear!?!! Can anyone out there offer any assistance? Thank you!!!
You will need to contact ACT Technical Support. Explain that you have lost your emails and they should be able to recover them for you. They'll need to connect remotely to your machine and transfer over a tool that allows them to recover the email.
