It seems that recepients of my bulk eMail get better formatted eMails with Microsoft Mail Merge.
When pulling up the history of the sent eMail, subject only, all the contacts are listed. This can be 800+.
My question is how does that impact ACT's performance. I'm thinking it does, because when I clicked on the contacts tab in the history, it took over 15 minutes before the screen became active again.
