My list of inactive users in ACT 2010 is becoming unruly and confusing. Aside from changing each user's name to "xfirst name/last name" so as to put them at the bottom of the list, is there a way to merge inactive users to "Previous Record Manager"? In previous ACT versions, I was able to merge several inactive users into one generic "Previous Record Manager" while maintaining notes/histories. I'm unable to find the solution in ACT 2010. Can someone guide me in the right direction?

when you delete the user, all history, and records that this user created will be moved to a other user such as "former employes" you just need to create a disabled user with this name, then when deleting select this user as target
