I have a company record with many documents. When I click on the document tab, the box does not populate with the documents. A Sage ACT! popup appears wich reads "Screen-compatible bitmap cannot be created. The screen bitmap format cannot be determined.
The Windows task manager reads:
ActSage.exe 124,528K memory, 9,995 GDI Objects.
Under the advice of the post labeled "ACT! 2012 Premium with SP1 leaking GDI objects on contact Documents tab," I changed GDIProcessHandleQuota to 100,00 but it didn't help.
Any thoughts?
TIA
