Managing users (I locked my self out, help!!!!!!!!!!!)

HELP!!!!!  When i initally starting using ACT!, the first contact I entered ended up becoming my user ID's contact.  In trying to fix it and be able to delete the user, I locked mysdelf out from Managing users.  I do not want to delete anty contact info as I've enntered over 200 contacts.  Is there a back door to reset the user info for my database?  I'm a single license user, but made the mistake of adding another user in hopes to be able to delete the bad user contact info!

HELP, PLEASE!!!!!

I'll see if it will help, my problem is not getting into the database, it managing the users!

It's possible that you're not logging in as an Admin user... that link should help you check

If the knowledge base article Mike linked didn't resolve your issue.  You can call into support and they'll grant the correct user administrator rights.
