We are using Act 11 (2009) Standard.
Is it possible for managers to view records designated as private?
Currently, different employees have their groups/records set to private so they are unable to view each other's prospects.
Is there any way for managers or administrators to be able to view those records? Can this be accomplished somehow in Act Premium?
Basically, what we are trying to accomplish is to have certain records/groups be able to be accessed by certain users and unable to be accessed by others.

No. For what you want you need the premium version which has limited access capabilities.
