Manage Drop Down Lists

I am trying to manage my drop down menus, but when I go to Tools -> Define Fields, the "Manage Drop Down Lists" box is not appearing. Instead a "Lock Database" box is appearing. 

 

I am using Sage Act 2013, Version 15. 

 

Can anyone help?

You have to be the only user logged into ACT! to use Define Fields and the database must be locked, You are seeing the Lock Database message means someone is loggedinto ACT!, Clicking the lock will force log out of the other users.

Thanks. We have four users, so do I need to lock everyone out except for one?

Yes. You lock out everyone except the user initiating the lock.
