I've recently come into a sales role at a new company, and I'm being asked to reorganize the leads in ACT. The "powers that be" want the leads sorted according to different id/status and market labels than they have previously used. This means that I have to change these field values one-by-one, from what I've been able to figure out.
Is there some way that I could do a look-up, and change the status, for example, of a group of leads in one big lump instead of going one-by-one?
