I set the company comtact tab columns but they keep resetting. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?
PS: Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 220.127.116.11. Hot Fix 4 Win 7

Do you happen to use multiple databases? If yes, try using the File > Close option before opening the next database (File > Open Database). This would allow ACT! to save the Preference file settings before opening the next database.
Also, if you are running ACT! on a Vista or Windows 7 computer, try running ACT! 'As Administrator'. To do this: close ACT! > right click on the ACT! icon > select 'Run As Administrator'. This gives the program additional authority and may be able to save the changes.
