Making a Pending User active

We have a user whose status is still pending - we have purchased a new license and want to make the pending user active.  How do we do that?

Add the license to the database and then log in as the pending user.

How do I add the license to the database?  That's what I have been looking for...

The user will become active once they login, but you have to add the additional license first.

I did this - made the 2nd license active and the user is still pending and it says we do NOT have enough licenses, even though I have 2 active in the database... HELP

On the main menu, go to Tools > Manage Users.
- On the left under Details, how many licenses does it say you have?
- On the bottom under the user list, how many licenses for additional active users?
- In the user list, how many users do have whose Status is "Active" (not Active-Pending)?

Under Tools - Manage users We have 1 Active user and 1 Pending user - under details it say we only have 1 license for 1 active user.  I added the additional license through Help - Register Act like I was told.  If I go there now - it shows I have 2 licenses.  So, why doesn't that information get to Manage users?

Under manager users it tells you haow many unused licenses you have/
