Mail via Outlook 2007

I've recently done a few mail merges through Act and Outlook 2007.  Email merge works correctly but rather than recording the history in Outlook 2007 "sent" box - the messages are moved to "drafts" (as though they weren't sent)  any suggestions?

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?

 

I've seen this with ACT! 6.0 which doesn't support Outlook 2007

Hi Mike;

 

Thanks for your response.  I'm using Act 2009 v.11 and it appears to interface with Outlook 2007 with but few minor gliches.

Are you using the ACT! Email client or directly to Outlook?

Is Outlook connected to Exchange?

How many contacts in the merge?

Have you checked with a default template?
