The list froma Lookup for mail merge suddenly keeps getting a "Could not connect to server..." notice however all is correct.
When I click on that notice ONE of the 400+ contacts can then be manually deleted.
This could take all night!
Two questions:
1. How can I delete this look up list from the Outbox file?
2. What in the world caused this glitch in the first place?
This has not happened like this before and I regularly have sent our a mailing list identical to this one without any problem.

I forgot to mention I have Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.0.572.0, Hot Fix 2

It took almost four hours, but one by one I was able to finally delete the mail merge lookup as each contact emial failed to connect with the server.
I have run a database Check and Repair, closed ACT!, did a restart.
Trying to do a simple mail merge with a single contact the problem is still there.
The contact fails to exit the Outbox and gives the same message: "Could not connect with mail server ...."
The information for email is unchanged and worked fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this bug?
Everything else is working fine.
