I use Act 2007 along with MS Outlook 2003. I am trying to send out e-mail mail merges.
Here is my mail merge problem (after going through the Wizard):
I am trying the above with only 1 contact (as a trial), and thus it opens only 1 Outlook new message window.
Issues that I have already considered are:
I have to send an attachment, and this is why I need to do this through Act (as MS Office does not support attachments in mail merge).

I'd try the same thing on the ACT demo database, check that all your version are compatable (no unsupported ACT or Office).
If that didn't work, i'd do a scan and repair within office or reinstall Office.
