I have seen this asked before, but have not seen any solution, so apologies if my search technique is poor. I have ACT Pro 2011 using MS Word and Outlook 2007. I list Contacts, tag the desired Contacts and do a lookup on the selected ones. Then I click "Mail Merge", go thru the dialogs, select a template, select any output method (Word Processor, email, or Print) with the same result, only the first contact is processed. What is the solution to this? Thanks in advance for any help.
