Can you provide more detail to your situation:
- What version of Act! are you running?
- What is your operating system?
- Were the previous mail merges successful on this particular computer or another?
- Are you getting an error message? What is the error message?
- How far through the mail merge process are you getting before it fails?

Act 10.0.3.182 Hotfix 3
I had to reinstall XP onto my computer. Big crash.What happens is I go through the entire Mail Merge process, select the contacts, select the file, and select the output. And then it run the merge window and then nothing.
