Mail Merge Error

After attempting a test mail merge using the merge utility in ACT! Sage - an error message continually comes up stating something about an "invalid interface". The group only had four contacts in it! It froze up at two and started displaying the errors - none of the messages were sent. The merge utilizes Outlook to send messages to clients and keep record in their ACT contact history. Please help!

- What version and build of ACT! are you using? Go to Help/About ACT! for this information

- What email system are you using with ACT!? Outlook? Or an Internet Mail account?

- If using Outlook, what version? Are you using Outlook directly or through the ACT! Email Client?

- What is the exact error message you are receiving?
