I cannot do a Mail Merge. I go through all the steps and get all the way to the part where it's suppose to merge all the records and where it should display the X of X records merged it simply ends like it's finished, but no emails are sent out at all.

Just some questions to get a better understanding of the issue:
- What version/build of ACT! are you using (from Help/About ACT!)?
- Are you using Outlook (what version?) or an Internet mail account for email in ACT!?
- Are there any errors messages
- Are the messages going to the Outbox or to Sent Items?
- What happens if try a small batch, like 5-10 emails?
- Have you tried using different templates for the merge?
