MACRO for ACT

I'm looking for a way to automate a couple of tasks.

1.  When an unsuccessful contact attempt has been made, I would like to have a button/Icon that would add the call attempt history, and advance to the next contact.

2.  I would also like to have a button/icon that would enter a call attempt in history and also schedule a new call in a predetermined number of days.

Sounds lazy I know - but very repetitive and inefficient currently.  I created custom macros and icons for these types of tasks in the mid 90's with Act! and now apparently not capable.

I would be happy to pay for an add-on if anyone knows of one.

Thanks

Re: MACRO for ACT

It can be done through programming. You can contact me at support(at)exponenciel.com if you're interested.

You might want to look at DesignR1 - Automator...
