Lost records after back up. Help needed!!

I am currenrtly running Act 2010. After a massive pc crash I lost all files. I have restored the database from my last back up which was 20 days ago. My question is, how do I get the records back which were created after the back up.

Any help would be great!!

ACT Database files are .adf files.

here are the steps you would need.

You'd need someone to try and get the actual database from the crashed drive ... Which might not be possible, depending on how it crashed.

You should set up the Scheduler to auto backup the database every day ... preferably to an external storage.

I do have access to the drive and managed to back all important files to another hard drive. I think it was the operating system which crashed and could not be repaired.
I can see some .dbf files, but seem to be missing the last months additions .
