Lost my email when I updated Act

When I updated Act from the help menu pull down I lost my email.  I think that it has something to do with the transfer email and restore transferred email - I also think that I have figured out where the old email data is on my computer but I can't get it reloaded into the act email module - Can somebody please tell me how to get out of this mess?

If your using Act email, then call into support and they'll be able to recover them for you.
