Do you know what caused the data loss? Details?
Do you have a recent backup? Perhaps a database restore is a option?
Have you tried closing ACT! and restarting ACT! ?
Before getting too far into things, you may want to take a special backup today? Before Attempting any recovery.
When you take a backup, do not use the same file name as your recent good back up before your data loss occurred..
Still not knowing all the facts surrounding the cause for the data loss,
one other option may be to close out of ACT! (not sure of your ACT! version ) ?
click on Databases - database list
rite mouse click on the correct database name
and use the repair / reindex / rebuild options ( there are 4 rebuild options) .
Good luck - FSB
