One of the users of our ACT! 2009 (v.11) has found that on certain contacts her notes randomly disappear. We have only recently upgraded (in past couple of months), and did not find this problem before. Just wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on why this might be happening, or possible solutions.
It isn't losing anything else on the contact, and is not happening consistently, and other users have not reported this problem. However, it may be happening and we just haven't noticed.
Any insight appreciated.

Losing data is certainly not a normal behavior, so my thought would be to first: ensure you are making backups of your database (File > Backup > Database) and second: run database maintenance to help correct any data issues that may exist (Tools > Database Maintnenance > Check and Repair).
If this doesn't help resolve the issue (certainly hard to test), please provide some additional data about the issue:
- You mention 'recently upgraded', was this an upgrade from a previous version or 'fix' for ACT! 2009?
- If previous version, what was the earlier version?
- Are these older notes that have disappeared, or are they recently created?
