I am having an issue with my ACT! 9.0 on Windows XP. When I go from an opportunity or from a group and go to hit my contact list, it will only give me the last contact that I was viewing. I have to restart ACT! in order to get my contacts back...HIGHLY ANNOYING! Also, on my Outlook, I was able to prioritize my tasks on the same screen as my calender with High, Medium, and Low in that order. With ACT! I am unable to do this. They go by date, not by priority. Is there a way to change this?

1. It will keep the lookup till you do another lookup... try Lookup | All contacts
2. No, it doesn't. You could try using the Task List or you might post a request for this feature to be considered for a future version here - http://www.act.com/community/feature
Input from this web page goes directly into a database that management has direct access to read, and which they also track and gather statistics on.
