I'm adding a number of prospecting lists to my database and I'd like to be able to use them separately, that is, within the database but identify them separately. When I've added them I've been able to create a Look Up by defining the activity period, but when I go to look them up they show up as a list and then when I click on a contact, I am only able to use that individual, versus keeping the Look Up open. Is there any way to view a Look Up and utilize that 'list'. e.g. if you Look Up contains 100 names can you work 'within' this Look Up?
