I am using:
Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 220.127.116.11
with a private database
on a Windows 7 machine
Today the lookup menu stopped working. When I try to lookup a company/first name etc via the menu, Act does not respond ( I have made keyboard shortcuts for those lookups as well but they do not respond either). Also when I use the general search field at the top of the screen there is no response.
When I use the 'search' option from the lookup menu I am getting the following error message
Strangely enough the lookup in the Navigation bar does respond and performs lookups as normal
I have already checked and repaired the database but no change.
