Lookup has stopped working in ACT! 2010

I am running ACT! 2010 on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit platform. On my notebook "Lookup" has completely stopped working, but not on my desktop. All feaures below "Previous" in the drop down list do nothing. I never receive that window asking for data input. Also, nothing occurs when clicking "More Options" in the left taskpane. The Lookup within the task pane does work. This is a new one for me. Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you try opening the 2010 demo database and see if the same thing occurs?

 

This will help tell you if it is with the application or with the database...

The problem is also present in the Demo Database so I assume it is with the program. Do you think uninstall and reinstall is the answer?
