Is there any way to create a lookup of a contact based on a field in a spreadsheet? For example, I have a list of over 1000 dealers in ACT (with dealer codes) and I have an Excel spreadsheet with the dealer code of all the dealers that have participated in a program. I would like to make a group based on those that have participated in the program.
Can I have ACT lookup only those contacts that have the same dealer code as those in my spreadsheet? Or do I have to somehow export the entire database to Excel and do it there?
I think he wants a Group or Lookup of all the dealer codes in the spreadsheet, not one at a time. which would take quite a while in Advanced Lookup and not be a good idea if he wants to do this regualrly
