When looking up and/or listing groups in Act it is not listing every contact within a group. For example, I have a group labeled as Prime. This is about 587 contacts within my database listed under the group prime. However, when I create a look up and filter out those contacts listed under Prime the result is well less than 100. What am I missing? Even when I look a the list view not all assigned groups are showing up. What am I missing?
