Lookup Function

I have lost the lookup function. I click on the menu and no response. I have used this often and now not working. I ran the software again using the repair function but to no avail. Any help?

Try the Tools > Customize > Reset Toolbars and Menus option.  Once reset, test the Lookup function.

 

If that does not resolve the issue:

- What version of Act! are you running?

- What is the operating system on your computer?

- Are any other options unavailable?

- Does your calendar view look correct?

 

For the 'Repair' option, it may require that the Act! program be uninstalled and then reinstalled, so that the program files are completely re-written.

Tried reset toolbar- no luck.

Running Act By Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 9.0.1.162 on Windows XP

Calender funtions.

Other options appear to work OK

I can do an advance lookup but not single item such as company, contact, state, city, etc.
