We are a small office and have used ACT for many years and are to the point with ACT 2011 that we are struggling. It is slow, we can't save word documents and we new users can't change their scheduling preferences and it is becoming unusable for us. We are looking for a full service provider who we can contract with to deal with our act issues and try and resolve them with act. It is too overwhelming for me to try and deal with in addition to our other technology issues. We are located in Minneapolis but I would be fine with a remote office if they are act savvy and responsive.

We also work remotely and offer a variety of packages including our ACT! Virtual Desktop. Mike is correct, with today's technology, many consultants are able to offer a better level of service, much faster without needing to be onsite.
