Looking for addon for ACT! to help with service engineers and contracts.

I am looking for an addon to act to help automate service and engineer visits.

Need to manage contract and case loads by ensuring the contractor have diaries to complete installations and service visits.

1.    There are multiple steps of what they require.
Lead comes in from X
Sales people qualify and create engineer visit.
Engineer returns and a quote is create
Quote is chased and tracked
Job won - Installation booked in
Payment deposit recorded
Engineer installs and finalises invoice for payment.
Snagging linked to job.

Service schedule created for client. Booked in same month that is due.

40 engineers doing the work. Job schedule to record who's job, track through by engineer jobs status etc

Diaries for engineers sent out by email or printed, Job form dispatch or printed for the day.

Reports are required about where the work is, the status of quotations and jobs per engineer.

Typically this is what they want.

Can anyone help.

Re: Looking for add-on for ACT! to help with service engineers and contracts.

We are ACT! Developers and one of our products is an ACT! jobsheets application using a web portal into ACT!. As ACT! Consultants we use the system ourselves and we are able to record job information into ACT! instantaneously from any location where our staff are onsite or in the office. We specialise in workflow applications for ACT! so have a good idea understanding of applying ACT! to they type of role you envisage. Refer JobSheetsOnline for more information. Because we also integrate ACT! with accounting software such as QuickBooks and MYOB we also 'close the loop' on the whole process quite effectively. Be pleased to discuss.
