Yes. Just have someone who is a local admin install it for you.

Thanks for the quick response. So if one of my IT tech installs it on my computer, I can use it with normal user rights? Thats great. Will there be any issues at all or it'll be functioned fully? Thanks again.

Depending on how they've locked down your system otherwise you might need to have them adjust the rights on some other folders but generally speaking you should be good to go.

Not that I know of. There is probably information in the KB that you could find to get the folders you have to set the permissions on.
