That's really strange for sure. Im sorry but I can't tell you why this is so... Maybe Jon has got an idea.

Hi Falcon703549,

It looks like you're using a customised version of Act - looks like Durkin's Impact Suite addon. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the way things are laid out with that addon enabled.

Yes it looks like Durkin Computing Impact Suite, messes with the menus, if you select Contacts enhanced view, it removes that entry. Most annoying.

Impact Suite hides the tag mode panel by default to save real estate.

 

To turn on the tag mode panel

1) Click on the SHOW dropdown

2) Select SHOW TAG MODE

3) The tag mode panel will appear

By the way, with Impact Suite you can use the tag mode on ANY list, ( contact, company, groups or opportunities) including custom tables.
