List All Contacts

When you click on List All Contacts, a screen is displayed with all of the contacts in the database.  The company name is first, then the contact name.

When I am looking to search all contacts with the name of Bill, nothing happens even though there are a few people named Bill in the database.

Why does that happen and how can I get the search working?

Re: List All Contacts

Are you putting both the first and last name in the contact field or only just the first name?

Doing the lookup this way, it does work.

Re: List All Contacts

When performing 'Lookup > All Contacts', the Contact List view is displayed and the 'Company' field is the target field.  To perform a search (Look For field) for a different field, you will need to click on the field heading (which will sort that column) - then enter a value into the Look For field.
