Linking Act dialer to X Lite

Hi

I am trying to link act dial 2008 to the x lite phone system (by counterpath) . I am unable to do as ACT will not let me go into setting in IPCONF.

Can anyone help with this.

Thanks in advance

Re: Linking Act dialer to X Lite

By default, X-Lite is only SIP and you need tapi

You could do it with X-Pro Tapi and then use itTAPI to link to ACT!

Lee,

You can also look at using http://www.CallOnACT.com, it utilizes any Broadsoft based VoIP carrier.  The X-Lite works on a SIP level while connecting to a Broadsoft server.  Call On ACT! is not a SIP dialer, so it won't work on just a SIP based carrier..  if your carrier uses Broadsoft's platform, your in luck.  You can find a list or Broadsoft based carriers here: Broadsoft Carriers (http://broadsoft.com/Customers/Customer_Wholesaler.htm)

If you don't yet have a carrier, or are looking to switch check, I recommend looking at Telesphere's Products (www.Telepshere.com)
