Having an issue...I've defined new fields at the Company and Contact levels and linked them together. When I update at the Company level, the changes are not pushed to the Contacts. I've confirmed in the "View Linked Fields" area that the fields are showing as linked. Why are they not updating on the Contact record? Any ideas?

I am having this exact same issue now, with an ACT v16 PRO database. This feature inexplicably works on some fields but not others, even when all the fields in question are shown in the "show linked fields" dialog box. I have tried database maintenance (check and repair) but not sure what else to try at this point. Any ideas?

I too have had the same problem.
But sometimes it does update.
I haven't tested this but I do have a few "non-technical" thoughts:
Just some thoughts.
