I am a new user running an act 2011 trial and want to link existing emails to contacts. The only entries against the test contact are meetings past and planned under the Activities tab. The History tab with all dates and all types selected is empty, as are all the other tabs.
Does Act link emails to contacts retrospectively? If so what do I need to do to create the links?

Once you have configured ACT and setup the email link to Outlook you can go to Outlook and highlight the emails you want to attach. Then you should have an ACT toolbar in Outlook and one of those options is attach email to contact. This will attach retrospectively
