Limits of viewing tasks of others?

I have been given permission to view the tasks of others.  I have them selected in my User list...I have chosen up to ten.

Why do I only see 3-4 user buttons on the task side of the calendar screen?

Re: Limits of viewing tasks of others?

yes.  In fact we have a particular meetin set with about 6 people.  All have accepted the meeting or are tentative.  None have declined.

Why, then, do not all six appear in the recap list?

Re: Limits of viewing tasks of others?

No.  We can see both accepted and tentative.  But there seems to be a conflict between two of the user/participants.

You can see one or the other's schedule, but you cannot see both.  Even on the Recap side of the screen.  If you click on one user only, you can see she has appointments.  When you add the second user, his appointments seem to override being able to see the first user, when both are still selected to view.

Maybe if you provide the exact steps, I'll try to see if I can replicate it?

Basically, we are doing group scheduling, yet, when we select up to ten users, all are not appearing on the recap list when some of them are scheduled for a common activity.

Just wondering.. does any activity appear for more than one?

Maybe the list only shows the activity if the user is listed in Schedule For?

Good thought, but nope.  The meeting was "scheduled for" a Josh.  We can see him, but two others seem to push each other out with respect to appearing on the Recap List.

What do you mean "push each other out"?

Maybe if you post the exact steps to create the activity and where you look for it?
